For several years I glommed onto fun UF series, Jane True by Nicole Peeler. Then I got busy and fell behind. It's one that I'm trying to catch up on this year; in the meantime, here's a quote from the first book, "Tempest Rising". Jane and her vampire lover are engaging in some smexy times. Not a bad week last week except that my wrist is continuing to deteriorate. It's especially frustrating because my wrist had been doing so well. A new editing job came in, so I'll be busy with that for the next week or so. I did a small shelf purge and donated about a dozen or so books to the hospital when I went to visit a friend who had surgery. Today is Easter and ~~I'm going to a different friend's house for dinner.~~ I have to put the finishing touches on their basket first. :) Dinner was cancelled due to the hostess being sick.

To those of you celebrating today, Happy Easter, and for all of us in the Northern Hemisphere, Happy Spring Equinox in just a few days! And it was Passover at the beginning of last week so Happy Passover to all who celebrated! It's a busy time for holidays right now. :)

Because Easy’s character is a totally tortured hero, which I adore writing! I missed last week as I was away visiting family. This week I'm reading two books so I have a 56 from each one. The first one I'm reading is a paranormal romantic suspense, "Turned" by Virna DePaul. The quote is from 56% in the ebook.
