Sunday Book Share #115

http://www.talksupeblog.com/search/label/Bought%20Borrowed%20and%20Bagged

I'm participating in The Sunday Post, hosted by The Caffeinated Book Reviewer; Showcase Sunday hosted by Books, Biscuits and Tea; Stacking the Shelves, hosted by Tynga's Reviews; and Bought Borrowed and Bagged, hosted by TalkSupe. All of these memes are about sharing the print and digital books received and/or posts and events on the blog.

I had only a few early mornings at school, thank goodness. I was actually able to sleep late several days. I was busy with the Ho Ho Ho Read-A-Thon and setting up a blog tour for a new paranormal romance, Wolves' Bane by Angela Addams. There are still spots open if you want to sign up. Claude was very snuggly last week; he has really settled in here. I got a new tank for my betta fish, complete with a heater. Apparently, I was keeping my bedroom too cold for his liking. Now he's a got a roomy tank and heated water and he's much happier.

November Challenges: Ho Ho Ho Read-A-Thon: I made my goal of reading seven holiday books though not the seven I'd originally planned.
Blog Ahead: I made some progress. I have six posts for December and five for November. Plus five that I wrote and pre-scheduled for November have published. My goal is thirty.
A Month of Giving Thanks: I totally blew it last week, I got none up. I'm aiming for two this week.
NetGalley November: My goal is ten for the month and thanks to Ho Ho Ho, I'm up to six. :)

Odd, interesting, or funny search phrases leading to the blog: A nice mix last week, many of them actually book related. :D "elin hilderbrand", "fast track julie garwood reviews", "thieves of darkness pdf", "christmas carol word scramble", "funny cat sayings with human about mom", and "karen robards justice excerpt"

    1. The poor boy was so lethargic because I hadn't turned the heat on yet and so his water was too cold. Now that he has warm water and a bigger tank, he's swimming around and eating again. :)

  2. It's been freezing here this week and the early mornings are not fun. :) Is it March yet? Glad to hear the new cat is settling in. They have a way of making themselves at home!

Murder at the Book Group looks fun.

    1. March, April, May - I'd settle for any of them. Winter and late autumn are too darn cold. I'm excited for Murder at the Book Group, I hope it'll be good.

    1. Do you know, neither cat paid much attention to the fish when he was in the small bowl but since I moved hm to the tank, they have been watching hm intently? I'm glad the tank has a cover!

  5. Nice stack. The cats are just probably wondering what the fish is doing. Great looking books. The Paige Tyler book looks interesting. Heard good things about the Kelly Armstrong book.
