COYER: Going Back to Basics Challenge Sign Up

COYER, Back to Basics, 2016, 2015, reading challenge

COYER is one of my favorite reading challenges. Between freebies and review copies, I have way too many ebooks crying out to be read. Shush books, your turn is coming! They're noisier than a hungry cat, lol. COYER's focus is exclusively ebooks, and now audio; sorry print book, go to the end of the line.

The details, from the official sign up post:

Read Your E-Reads! Every book you read must be in an electronic format – meaning E-Book or Audiobook. It’s okay to start a book before December 20th, you must be less than half way for it to count then review it during COYER. - See more at: http://www.becausereading.com/coyer-is-going-back-to-basics-sign-up-today/#sthash.CcCsyydQ.dpuf
  •  Read your digital books, ebook or audio.
  • The books must be free or nearly free - library, review, tour, NetGalley, Edelweiss, etc. No more than $5 for ebooks and no more than $16 for Audiobooks (or the equivalent in your currency).
  • Announce your participation! This can be a blog post (or if you don’t have a blog – Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Booklikes, Goodreads, Shelfari, etc.) If you want to list books you would like to read, that’s great, but not necessary.
  • The challenge runs from December 19th 2015 through March 4th 2016.
  • Link up!.Link that post (not just your blog homepage) to the linky at the event sign up post.
Review & Link Reviews! Your review may be on your blog, Goodreads, Shelfari, Booklikes, etc. Link the review to the Review Linky (will go live December 19th). The hosts will randomly pick three review links to win a $10 gift card to Amazon or Barnes & Noble. All links must be entered by March 5, 2015 at 11:59 PM EST.
  • Visit Each Other, Chat & Have Fun!

There will also be Twitter parties (dates to be announced), an Instagram photo challenge, and daily events in the Facebook group.

I'm not going to attempt to list books here; I have too many choices. :D As for a goal, I haven't decided yet. I'll post my results every month in my monthly challenge wrap up. I also have a goodreads shelf for COYER but it does include previous COYER challenge books.

Now go sign up and read those ebooks!

    1. I love COYER because it motivates me to read and review. I'm aiming for 12 books this round but I hope I will make a bigger dent than that.

      1. Hah, I didn't even see that.I assume that was a typo on the part of the challenge host and that it's 2016, not 2015. :)
