Cat Thursday: New Olympic Sport

Welcome to the weekly meme hosted by The True Book Addict that celebrates cats; their foibles and humorousness and the joy they bring. You can join in by posting a favorite LOL cat pic you made or came across, cat art or share with us pics of your own felines, then post your link up at The True Book Addict.

A friend posted this on Facebook and tagged me. At first, I was upset with the human but then it became clear that the cat was having fun, silly critter. Goof and Claude hide when I start sweeping. :D

  1. The cat does seem to like it! I would have been a little taken aback at first too, but yeah the cat seems to be enjoying it. I have a cat who attacks the broom if I get it out. Once I start sweeping he likes to mess with it... :)

    1. Both of mine run and hide; broom, mop, vacuum, makes no difference to them. :D

  2. That is so funny! Once I'm sure the cat is actually participating. He does seem to be having a good time with it! My cats are neutral about the broom but I had one when I was a kid who would attack the vacuum cleaner!

  3. The cat is loving that game! Now if only we could teach the cat to use the broom...

  5. Oh, that's really funny, Bea. The cat really seemed to like it. My cats would not think that was fun at all.

  6. That is hilarious! It's obvious that cat loves it. I can't see my girls liking it though. Alice would just complain and Arya is too jumpy. lol
