Sunday Book Share #111

I'm participating in The Sunday Post, hosted by The Caffeinated Book Reviewer; Showcase Sunday hosted by Books, Biscuits and Tea; Stacking the Shelves, hosted by Tynga's Reviews; Bought Borrowed and Bagged, hosted by TalkSupe; and Library Loot co-hosted by The Captive Reader and Silly Little Mischief. All of these memes are about sharing the print and digital books received and/or posts and events on the blog.

I had orientation for my new job last week. Now I'm in a holding pattern while I wait for some medical records, required by the state, from my doctor. I can't start in the classroom until I have that documentation, so frustrating. I did have another great week with books and a friend and I are hitting up the library used book sale this afternoon. A new editing project came in so that's my focus right now. Weather-wise, we had so much rain that it felt like March and not October.

The Week In Review

Odd, interesting, or funny search phrases leading to the blog: A fun new one - "curran wrecks saiman's cars" shades of Stephanie Plum! :D Another new one was "i love you mom memes", awww. Of course, there were the perennials, "how to catch a cat" and "erotic photos" :)

I won both of these, in different giveaways, from Lark at The Bookwyrm's Hoard. I'm especially excited about Spirited.

I loved the first book and had to have the second one.

I've already read Kissin' Hell and All I Want for Christmas is You. *happy sigh* As always, Jessica made me cry. Darn that woman; she writes such powerful, wrenching stories.

Did you add any books to your shelves or e-readers last week? Leave a link to your Sunday Post so I can visit you during the week.
