Job hunting is depressing. Other than that, it was another quiet week, apart from a brief bout with the stomach bug, with some good reading time.

Did you add any books to your shelves or e-readers last week? Leave a link to your Sunday Post so I can visit you during the week.
I snagged Agatha's audio too and why must Naught Girls Die? That isn't any fun..LOL Ooo that is right, I remember your current job ends soon. I will hoping you find the perfect match!
ReplyDeleteLOL its Naughty Girls DO, not Naughty Girls DIE. Thanks for the good wishes!
DeleteI hope you enjoy The Wednesday Daughters...I loved it.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your new books...and thanks for visiting my blog.
I reviewed Sparrow Hill Road too this week. I enjoyed it but the repetition of basic info was a little annoying. If I had read it in serial format though I probably wouldn't have noticed.
ReplyDeleteOh dear, good luck with your job hunting, Bea! I know, it is depressing and stressful, but just hold on. xxx Cheney's books always look amazing, hope you enjoy this one, which reminds me I still haven't read book #1. Huge, huge hugs x
ReplyDeleteI've been meaning to get the Agatha Christy Audiobook it sounds great! Have a good week! My Sunday Post
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the job hunting, crossing my fingers for you :) I marked a few of your books "to read" but I (so far) resisted the 1-click button ! Hope this week will be better and will bring you a good job !
ReplyDeleteOoh, Neil Gaiman is always awesome. :) My sister's reading his graveyard book right now, and I'm tempted to sneak off with it myself! My Sunday Post!
ReplyDeleteI really wish you all the luck with job hunting. I hope you'll find something soon. In the meantime enjoy these amazing books. Great haul :)

I've been wanting to get more into audiobooks and seeing Agatha Christie's book on your haul totally made me think it would be a good place to start from!
ReplyDeleteHave a good Sunday! :)
Job hunting does suck, good luck with it! I'm sure you'll find the right place...
ReplyDeleteThe Versailles Vendetta sounds good, MG or not I like secret societies and searches for artifacts. Sounds like a winner. I'll have to check out your Steve Berry chat too.
Good luck with your job hunt! Think positively!
ReplyDeleteYou've got some interesting books this week and I may just add some to my TBR list as well. Happy reading!
Michelle

I'm job hunting, too, and I know what you mean about it being depressing. Good luck with yours!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week and enjoy your books!
Glad you got some good reading time but that stinks about job hunting and the stomach bug. I hope you find just the right job very soon!
ReplyDeleteLooks like you have some great reviews coming up. I'm especially interested in the Chu's books and The Wednesday Daughters. Have a great week!
I hope you find the perfect job for you, Bea, and sooner rather than later! Enjoy all your new books. I picked up the Christie book from SYNC (along with the other one, which I thought 'Robin' might like to read.) And wow, the Kindle freebies and bargains are such a temptation, aren't they? I picked up different ones, but just about as many!
ReplyDeleteThe Seat of Magic looks good. I remember seeing the first book around a year or so ago. I wish I had twice as many hours in the day, so I could read more books!
Hi Steph *waves*. Will be checking Seat of Magic, the cover looks lovely.
ReplyDeleteOo nice bit of book collecting :) Blerg to the job hunting. Not fun at all! Good luck with that this week!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the job hunt. I love the Plume Orchard series but haven't read the prequel yet.
ReplyDeleteOh man! You got some books that I'm itching to click on and telling myself no... I have too many books already! Good luck with the job hunt, that's never fun. And hope you're feeling better - I know (as I had a stomach bug this week too) how much that sucks!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the job hunting, I hope you find something soon. Nice haul this week. Thanks for stopping by my blog.
