I'm participating in The Sunday Post, hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer; Showcase Sunday hosted by Books, Biscuits and Tea; and Stacking the Shelves, hosted by Tynga's Reviews. These memes allow book bloggers the chance to share print and digital books
they've received, and different posts and events at their blogs.
I'm still not feeling well, this and that, but I had a decent week on the blog. The weather has been good and I've managed some reading. I did notice that I now have over 1200 published posts O_o Oh, and the blog was 3 years old last month. :)

Bea I am 50% done with Parasite and it is sooooo good!
ReplyDelete:) I am looking forward to it.
DeleteUgh, so much sickness going around. I blame the children! ;) Hope you feel better soon. And congrats on 3 years of doing this crazy blogging thing.
ReplyDeleteYes. blame the children! It's all their fault, lol.
DeleteI loved Parasite :D! Happy reading.
ReplyDeleteMel@thedailyprophecy.
It's getting very mixed reviews so I am very curious about it.
DeleteCongrats on 3 years. That's a massive undertaking. The Alexa Egan one looks interesting although I don't know why they insist on cutting off half of men's faces on covers. Here's my Sunday Post
ReplyDeleteYeah that is weird about the faces. I've noticed it too.
DeleteHappy third birthday!!:D
ReplyDeleteGlass @ Way Too Hot Books
Thank you !
DeleteI'm getting ready to celebrate my book blogs 3 MONTH anniversary! I did another blog for about 18 months but ran out of ideas on it. Hope this one lasts longer!
ReplyDeleteYou can do it! Sometimes you need to take a break and that's okay too.
DeleteI'm thinking you might be right. I think I need one day a week just to have some 'me' time to read or do Pinterest or something non bloggy!
DeleteHappy 3rd!! I'm hoping to make #2 without burning out!!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the week -
gaele @ I am, Indeed
Thanks :) It's easy to burn out. Several times I've taken mini breaks and it's helped. Good luck!
DeleteSo many people getting sick lately. Happy Third Birthday. Have fun. Come visit me as well.

I've read Parasite. It was okay--not as good as I was hoping it would be. I'll be reviewing it on my blog this month. I hope you enjoy it though!

It seems to be getting mixed reviews, which is only piquing my interest even more.

Congratulations on 3 years and 1200+ posts - that's fantastic! And your haul is enticing -- Shadow's Curse looks tasty, and the book on the English language and the new Felix Francis are both intriguing.
