Cat Thursday - Cats and Computers

Welcome to the weekly meme hosted by The True Book Addict that celebrates cats; their foibles and humorousness and the joy they bring. You can join in by posting a favorite LOL cat pic you made or came across, cat art or share with us pics of your own felines, then post your link up at The True Book Addict.

My cat Goof likes to sit on my laptop but only when it's shut; he sits on it as if it were his throne. When I'm actually using the laptop he tries to walk across it. I didn't mind too much until he broke off two of the key covers so now when he tries, I put him on the floor.

  1. Does Goof try to lick the laptop, or just the Kindle? ;-)

  2. Such good helpers aren't they? LOL Mine like to use the laptop as a throne too. Gladys also dramatically throws herself into my lap/on the laptop when I'm working usually with a huge sigh. Eeep about losing laptop keys! Yikes!

    1. I can picture that. :D Gladys no doubt is greatly put out that you are paying insufficient attention to her.

    1. That's when mine tries to walk across it, when I'm using it. Or he tries to jump over and misses. :D

  5. Maybe he's trying to write a novel. When he sits on top he';s planning and when he walks across it he's writing. :)

  6. Yeah, cats and computers don't mix when real damage is the result. They sure do like to lay on them, walk across them, etc., etc. I think with a laptop it's because it's so warm.
