Sunday Book Share #94

http://www.talksupeblog.com/search/label/Bought%20Borrowed%20and%20Bagged

I'm participating in The Sunday Post, hosted by The Caffeinated Book Reviewer; Showcase Sunday hosted by Books, Biscuits and Tea; Stacking the Shelves, hosted by Tynga's Reviews; Bought Borrowed and Bagged, hosted by TalkSupe; and Library Loot co-hosted by The Captive Reader and Silly Little Mischief. All of these memes are about sharing the print and digital books received and/or posts and events on the blog.

Second week of the asthma flare which has been kicking my butt big time, still no luck in the job hunt, and my A/C is on the fritz. I've had worse weeks but I've had better ones too. I put myself on a ban for Kindle freebies and I'm trying to limit review requests and acceptances. I need to whittle down my TBR piles. Avoiding the library might help too. :D

The Week In Review

Odd, interesting, or funny search phrases leading to the blog:
I have NO CLUE where these came from or why they led to the blog :D - "diaper alien stories" and "aliens probe diaper"

Review Consideration

This arrived unexpectedly at my front door. I haven't read the first book but I saw the movie. :D I'll probably read this, though I don't know when.

Kindle Freebies

I was doing so well avoiding the freebies and then the evil Anna at Herding Cats & Burning Soup led me into temptation. :D

    Have a good Sunday!
I hope the asthma eases up - I'm doing through the WORST allergies at the moment, so I kind of feel you, though your situation is probably even worse.

  10. Our AC just doesn't seem to be cooling off the house like I like it too when it's 90 outside. I can't even imagine what I would do if it wasn't working (I'm not a summer girl at all)

I am also going to try banning myself from requesting or downloading anymore books. I have so many and If I keep going I can't live long enough to possibly read them all. I'll have to will my review requests to my kids ;)

Sorry your asthma is acting up.. The hot weather is making my chronic sinusitis act up and it's been no fun. I hope you feel better soon!!!

Hope this week is better for you and Enjoy your new reads!!!

  13. Do you like the Richard Castle books? I think the TV show is so much fun.

I'm very curious about that Molly Harper book. I've enjoyed the werewolf series.

  14. Oh, I know what you mean about the incoming books....I am definitely cutting down, as I have a number of unread books from last year, and the new ones this year are piling up, faster than I can read them.

Enjoy an asthma-free week! I am hoping for you.

Here's MY WEEKLY SUNDAY/MONDAY UPDATES POST

  20. It's not easy limiting books, is it? We will do this, though, and get more manageable TBRs (well...maybe...LOL)

It's also not easy job hunting is it? I'm getting nowhere and it's very depressing.

Have a good week (I hope the asthma leaves you alone!) and thanks for stopping by my blog.

  21. Hope your asthma settles its butt down.

Your new books look fun, and hey, at least you only succumbed to one freebie or bargain book! I really need to put myself on a buying/downloading moratorium, too.

  25. *shakes fist angerly* Damn you for telling me Shadowlands is free right now!!! I've had that book on my TBR forevah so of course, I've gone and bought it. This isn't helping me one bit, you know that, right?!?! :D

I'm sorry your A/C is broke - I hope you can get it up and working soon! I know that can help your asthma! Seriously, when will you be breathing better???!!!! I say soon!!

  26. Darn it! That will never do! *hands on hips, eyes narrowed* I will be sending seriously potent {{{posivibes}}} and good juju your way. *nods emphatically* There.

I am behind on the Sookie books. I swear I will get them finished. One of these days. lol I would put myslef on a ban if I thought it would help. I'm afraid I would just ignore it. lol Hope this week is much better.
