Sunday Book Share #18

I'm participating in Feed My Reader Friday hosted by I Am A Reader, Not A WriterThe Sunday Post, hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer, and Stacking the Shelves, hosted by Tynga's Reviews. The  memes allow book bloggers the chance to share print and digital books they've received and different posts and events at their blog.

 Happy New Year!!!

A friend of mine had a gathering at her house for  New Year's Eve. It was a good way to end 2012 and start 2013. I hope you had a good night also.  I'm starting the new year with a full slate of editing projects for the month so I may be scarce here and on twitter. I'm trying a new routine to get everything done and so far it's working well.

The Week in Review:

    1. I seem to be on a mystery kick lately, I get bored reading the same genre all the time so when a mood for one strikes, I go with it.

    1. I've been reading Kay Hooper since she wrote category romances for Harlequin. They're romantic suspense with a paranormal edge. I like them a lot.

  10. A get together on New Years sounds good. We haven't done that in a couple of years and I do miss it. This year there were a lot of fireworks in the neighborhood and we have a dog that is scared to death of them, so it was just damage control for us.
Great book haul! I love seeing all of the cozies. I am simply mad about them and am taking part in a cozy mystery challenge this year.
New follower, looking forward to your reviews!

    1. It can be hard dealing with pets around the holidays. Fortunately my cat, who will freak if I move when he doesn't expect, never seems bothered by fireworks in the neighborhood. It helps that we live in an apartment.

I didn't realize there was a cozy mystery challenge, I'll have to check that out. Thanks for visiting. :)
