Sunday Book Share #160 My Dad's Funeral

Tomorrow I head out for my father's funeral. The funeral will be Wednesday at Arlington National Cemetery. I come back home on Thursday. I'm not taking my laptop so I won't be around much. I may pop online occasionally via my cell but don't expect me to visit or comment much.

    Have a safe trip. Sometimes it's good to unplug and not worry about all the online stuff. Best wishes for the service.

    Have a safe trip, Bea. I'm sure it will be very emotional, but also a sort of celebration of your dad's life that will bring your family closer together.

    The service has been a long time coming. I am glad your father's service to the country is being recognized. Thanks for giving me a chance to catch up with Laura Anne Gilman.

      Yes, this is a chance for his service to be recognized. He loved the Air Force and was proud to be in it.

      I'm glad you enjoyed catching up with Laura Anne. She's an interesting person.
