I'm lucky, Goof rarely tries to jump up on the counter, or at least, not when I'm around. :D I've had some cats who jumped up at every chance they got. He does try to jump on the edge of the bathroom sink when I'm in there but that's it.
What a good babe your Goof is. Some of mine never do but I've got 2 who LOVE the counter. One wants to be involved with ANYTHING happening in there. The other sneak counter hops. Thank goodness for disinfectant!
ReplyDeleteYes, thank goodness for disinfectant! I'm sure that Goof jumps up when I'm not around. Most of my cats have been pretty good about not jumping up on counters or tables. I tolerate a lot but not that.
DeleteYour cat is a good cat ! I have one who absolutely wants to jump on the table and think he has a plate ready for him there, while the other just occupies the couch and meows so that we bring him his food along with a few caresses !

DeleteROFL! These are so funny! Cookie jumps on counters, my keyboard (only when I'm using it) and basically anything she wants. She never ever listens to me to get off unless I give her treats. So I guess I trained her the way to get treats is to annoy me. LOL

DeleteMy boy is really good...he knows he has free rein of the house except the kitchen counters, dining room table and coffee table.
