Sunday Book Share #92

http://www.talksupeblog.com/search/label/Bought%20Borrowed%20and%20Bagged

I'm participating in The Sunday Post, hosted by The Caffeinated Book Reviewer; Showcase Sunday hosted by Books, Biscuits and Tea; Stacking the Shelves, hosted by Tynga's Reviews; Bought Borrowed and Bagged, hosted by TalkSupe; and Library Loot co-hosted by The Captive Reader and Silly Little Mischief. All of these memes are about sharing the print and digital books received and/or posts and events on the blog.

Job hunting is depressing. Other than that, it was another quiet week, apart from a brief bout with the stomach bug, with some good reading time.

The Week In Review

Odd, interesting, or funny search phrases leading to the blog: A whole bunch of new ones - "sandra brown mean streak release", "paranormal erotica excerts", "spotlight clip art", and "dick wolf quotes"

BOOKS! - click on the cover to go the book's goodreads page

Many of these came in the week before but last week's post was so long already that I didn't include them and a couple I just forgot about.

  3. I reviewed Sparrow Hill Road too this week. I enjoyed it but the repetition of basic info was a little annoying. If I had read it in serial format though I probably wouldn't have noticed.

The Versailles Vendetta sounds good, MG or not I like secret societies and searches for artifacts. Sounds like a winner. I'll have to check out your Steve Berry chat too.

  20. I hope you find the perfect job for you, Bea, and sooner rather than later! Enjoy all your new books. I picked up the Christie book from SYNC (along with the other one, which I thought 'Robin' might like to read.) And wow, the Kindle freebies and bargains are such a temptation, aren't they? I picked up different ones, but just about as many!

The Seat of Magic looks good. I remember seeing the first book around a year or so ago. I wish I had twice as many hours in the day, so I could read more books!

  27. Oh I know job hunting sucks. I hated looking for a new job when I moved here after seven years at my job in PHX. Hopefully something will turn up for you. Thanks for the heads up on the freebie Dakota Cassidy novella. I read the first book in that series and loved it. You should read it!
